foraging porcinis

“Ouh le beau cèpe ! Dépêchons-nous pendant que le voisin n’est…PAN ! PAN !”
“Ya quelqu’un ? J’entends du bruit pourtant… Quelqu’un est passé avant nous !”
Article R163-5 – Code forestier
[in English: “Such a beauuutiful porcini! Hurry up while the neighbour isn’t… BANG! BANG!” ; “Somebody here? I can hear something… Somebody came before us!” ; Article R163-5 – Forestry Law]

Three viewpoints on porcinis and to whom they belong: a landlord, a timorous forager and the French forestry law. As of mushrooms themselves, I can only turn around these precious but far from passive foodstuffs. Would it be possible to depict the viewpoint of fungi whose perception of their environment remains a mystery to science? Is it wishable to exhibit non-human perspectives, while we are still struggling with imagining different humans’ perspective?
