Carole Papion is a creative practitioner exploring possibilities to outline a more-than-human framework for practising arts with more solid ethics and informed methodologies.
Approaching design and visual arts with the same energy, her work invites us to pay attention again to the diversity of livings, matter and phenomena co-shaping our living spaces. She tries to attend to fractures in this extended society by listening and bringing up voices too often backgrounded.
She studied at École Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay, Glasgow School of Art, and is currently pursuing a PhD at Edinburgh College of Art. She has worked as a graphic designer and currently is a lecturer in Design at École Estienne.
